Lightning Rod Thrower

The Lightning Rod Thrower has only 5 health, but throws lightning rods at other enemy soilders, which catch them. Every 5 turns, lightning strikes the soilders with lightning rods, dealing 100 damage to them. The lightning also has a chain effect, dealing 10 damage to all nearby soilders on all teams. The lightning rod acts like a hot potato, so other soilders can throw the lightning rods, as well. It has a medium-high cost. It can hold up to 10 lightning rods (which it starts with), but other soilders can only hold 1 and can't have more than 1. The Lightning Rod Thrower can also be struck by lightning. The lightning rod doesn't have to be thrown. The lightning has a 0% chance to be dodged. It costs 75 Morale.
